All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We currently ship to addresses within United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside of the United States.

Damages

Elite Tac Gear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, we may need to contact you for updated information, which could delay your order. Lost or Stolen Packages

Elite Tac Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we do not ship outside of United States. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
